How Does Your Garden Give?

Partnering with Trenton's historic First Presbyterian Church, we gave an interior facelift to 1,400 square feet in the church-owned adjoining storefront property. "Our clients are thrilled with this warm and comfortable space," says executive director Jarrett Kerbel. "When we opened the door to the new waiting room for the first time, within seconds it was filled with 35 people who the week before had waited on the cold sidewalk. Our new intake area is quiet and private, and we have a handicapped accessible classroom for our nutrition classes."

The interior project’s architect was George Pearson. Contractor John August and Company completed the job in a month.

"Food Banks Feeding Many More" Read this article in the August 19 issue of the Trenton Times. It features our free Farmers Markets, held under the tent outside our Trenton location every Wednesday morning through the harvest season.
